What is your Shipping Policy on Freight Intensive Items?

When you see this icon with a product, special shipping is required.

  • All non-freight intensive orders have a $400 prepaid freight minimum.
  • All orders that include freight intensive items have a $500 prepaid freight minimum.
  • Please contact your sales representative for a complete list of these products.
  • Any shortages or damages must be acknowledged at the time of delivery.


When will I receive my order?

This map serves as a guide to determine when your order will arrive.
Please Note: Only orders placed before 2 pm are shipped same day.


What is your Return Policy?
Effective May 1, 2009, TSW is implemented the following return policy:

  • Products not purchased from TSW will not be eligible for return.
  • All customers must receive a return authorization number prior to returning any product. This number consists of the original order number and current date when the customer makes the return request. Contact your TSW Sales Representative to obtain a return authorization number
  • Products with a purchase date of 1 year or greater are not eligible for return.
  • Defective products may be returned for credit according to the manufacturer's policy.
  • A 20% restock fee will be charged for any returned product that has not been discontinued by the manufacturer.
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with returning the product.


What happens if my products are on Back Order?

In the event of a back order situation, your products will ship according to our standard shipping guidelines. TSW will ship all back orders as soon as products become available.



Can I set up a credit account to purchase items from TSW?
TSW does offer credit for purchases to qualified buyers. Please contact us for our Credit Application to be considered for a credit account through TSW.
